In response to participant feedback, we have enhanced the MX Clinical Notes for Risk Adjustment data service with output in PDF format, in addition to .txt files, so that clinical notes can be easily read and referenced by clinical reviewers and coders.

MX’s Clinical Notes for Risk Adjustment data service helps participants streamline the chart retrieval and risk adjustment process by providing easy-to-consume, aggregated clinical chart notes from providers sharing data with our network that may contain information about uncoded and/or under-coded conditions and diagnoses.
