The CalHHS Data Exchange Framework (DxF) is fully implemented, requiring most healthcare entities to exchange health and social services information by January 31, 2024. Manifest MedEx, California’s only statewide nonprofit QHIO, can help organizations meet their DxF data sharing requirements and securely participate in the DxF.
