Manifest MedEx Participates in TEFCA through eHealth Exchange!

Did you know Manifest MedEx is among the first health information organizations (HIOs) in the country to participate in the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement™, known as TEFCA™, through our partnership with eHealth Exchange, a designated TEFCA Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN)? This makes MX the largest nonprofit HIO in California to participate in both our statewide framework (the California Data Exchange Framework) and the national framework!

We are committed to advancing secure and appropriate health data exchange and connectivity by offering our participants the ability to participate in state-level frameworks like the DxF and national networks like TEFCA. For more information about participating in TEFCA through MX, please reach out to us at info@manifestmedex.org.

Manifest MedEx Welcomes New Participants!

Join Manifest MedEx in welcoming the Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP), a local, community-based health plan dedicated to creating opportunities for better health and wellness for more than 320,000 members, to our network!

Since 1997, SCFHP has worked to ensure everyone in Santa Clara County has access to equitable, high-quality health care. SCFHP's mission is to improve the well-being of their members by addressing health and social needs in a culturally responsive manner and partnering with providers and organizations in their shared commitment to enhance patient care.

Manifest MedEx looks forward to helping SCFHP meet their DxF requirements, improve quality measures and risk adjustment, and provide comprehensive health and human services data to achieve healthier outcomes in Santa Clara County.

Additional Clinical Care Summaries From More CA Hospitals!

Through our participation with national networks like eHealth Exchange and Carequality, and in our ongoing effort to advance whole person care, Manifest MedEx is pleased to announce that we are now integrating clinical care summaries from City of Hope, Palomar Health, and the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.

All care summaries coming into the MX system are available in MX Access (both discretely throughout the portal and in the documents tab), as well as MX data services such as CCDA Forwarding, Clinical Notes for Risk Adjustment, and HEDIS extracts.
